|For Conference Registrants:|
Should you be unable to attend a conference, a prompt refund will be made for cancellations received in writing 45 business days before the start of the event. After 45 business days, registrations may be assigned to a future Opal Financial Group conference. All unpaid invoices will continue to be due for payment
Substitutions may be made up to 24 business hours in advance of the conference. If an event is cancelled, Opal Financial Group is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred. Speakers, agenda and other events are subject to change without notice.
|CONFERENCE HOTEL RESERVATIONS:|
|Upon receiving your reservation, Opal will charge the reservation in full. Once Opal receives your room request, the follow cancellation policy is in effect.|
|Upon the conclusion of the conference, all reservations will be reviewed and any additional nights and/or misc. charges to prepaid reservations will be charged to your credit card as well.|
|If a guest does not check-in on the reserved check-in date (and has not notified the hotel of any changes), the room will be subject to release. If the room is released, deposits will not be returned and guest credit card will be charged for the entire stay.|
For any cancellations made 45 days prior to the start of the event, a credit will be given. Under no circumstances will refunds be given.
